They might lose some US affiliates … but there are plenty of Costa Ricans, Canadians, Europeans, Central Americans and a couple more affiliates down under who will continue to market with impunity to parochial US laws.

I don’t believe that you can look around or expect to see a non-US corporate stick their head up to be taken aim at by US officials. Any lobbying is going to have to come from an affiliate group – or land based casinos looking to go online.
(just my two cents worth).
I disagree Gooner.. It will be illegal next month to gamble online in the state of Washington.. First the law abiding citizens will be lost… as there are ppl out there that love gambling, but just wont, for fear of a felony..
As this spreads through the states, thats quite a few ppl.. and then .. we go back to professors thread back in March..
Guys when i got up this morning I found I was unable to access any gambling sites or content on my PC!!! I could access MSN, Yahoo, Google, my bank virtually anything else I wanted, but I cant access ANYTHING with “casino” or “Gambling” in the urls including CAP!!!! http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/huge-problem-adelphia-is-blocking-all-gambling-content-including-neteller.10303.html?&highlight=filter+internet
Where we see it is enirtely possible that ppl from those states may not even have the choice.. it might just be taken from them.. As internet gambling becomes against the law… we all lose.. not to mention we lose the right to pursue our hobby/aspirations as gamblers ourselves. The government has decided its an addiction, there our those that consider it a career (ask someone thats recently won the WSOP ..)
