To look for a job as a CM she should check out Dom’s bingo forum, http://www.gamesandcasino.com/bingo-forum which is getting quite a bit of activity in that area lately.. and http://www.cmoftheyear.com which is huge for CM’s looking and programs hiring..
I got my first CM job by doing an msn search for the words “Bingo Chat Game”.. as where there is a chat game there is a CM 
.. Then I emailed every property I could find and asked them what there application process was for CM positions, and if they had any available. I had a job within about a week. Not everyone is real comfortable being that outgoing though, so.. option A is a bit slower, but more in ppls comfort levels
