I don’t think anyone should have to *continue* promoting a program in order to get paid. If I signed up for “lifetime” revenue sharing, and if I choose to spend significantly less time promoting online casinos for whatever reason, I fully expect to continue earning residual income from my past efforts.
Without my referrals, the casino wouldn’t necessarily have acquired those players. I am owed a percentage of ALL revenue generated by that player — for as long as the player continues to make deposits, and for as long as I am alive. Period. As long as the player continues to make deposits, the casino makes money. It doesn’t make any sense for the casino to claim that they “need” new referrals from you to remain profitable, to continue to be able to pay you. A depositing player is a depositing player; it all seems fairly black and white to me.
Sunny Diamonds’ T&Cs are clearly “anti-affiliate” and predatory. Nobody should have to bring in “new” players just to continue getting paid. That is blackmail. And if the program claims that the clause is never really used — then why not delete the clause so that it absolutely can’t be used?
