First let me say this is my scenerio and not an accusation, maybe Renee or Ryan have a reason why.

Here we go.

As a player I’ve played a few times at their casinos, for this example I’m using Golden Tiger.

Last night I deposited and played (and lost).

Had I won problems would have started, when I installed the casino and put in my email addy the software remembers you, your account number and password are already there.

What I noticed after I played was that it created a NEW account number, so I guess an affiliate would lose that player!

As a player had I won would they have said I had a multiple accounts?

So to me it looks as though our players maybe be vanishing during re-installs.

Very strange and fishy!

Let me get this straight:

You used to have an an account at casino x.
You wanted to play.
You have a new computer or – why did you need to reinstall the casino?

It just seems odd it would remember you, they never remember me until after I reenter my personal info.

So anyway, you reinstalled and it did remember you for some reason, but gave you a different ID with the same password?

Is that what happened or am I missing something?
