Bundling is a major PITA. Casinos learned to up payouts in order to compete for the players´ bucks. It´s time that aff programs start getting a bit more competitve. I fear the current climate of consolidation in the industry is not really helping to increase competition.
Another major topic to start a rant is wagershare (the affiliate payment model not Tim et al) but that should probably go in another thread.
