The forum is pretty active, sometimes more than others. 10 posts a day by 300/400 members who may browse the forums. We use the forum to give out our “members only” tournament passwords.
There is some behind the scene effort to keep up the leaderboard.
Currently 9 times a week all who play a “scheduled” game use a form mail to submit their score. We must add this score to a spreadsheet. We then upload that spreadsheet as html.
I have moderators performing these acts.
I will explain in depth to the buyer and hang around for at least a month to insure the new owner understands how we did everything. The old mods may stay on as long as the league remians the same or the new owner wants them.
