Thanks. It might be worth suspending his account until the time he does. After all he can throw the stolen content up quick enough, which then redirects to your casinos. So why does he get a lot of time to take it all down?
What I am asking is not unreasonable. In fact it is the only proper and fair way to handle this. Seeing as your affiliate is the one in the wrong.
