1) I had the freeroll
2) Freerolls wasn’t the main focus here
3) The big tournament was either going to be 250 raked hands in a month gets you and entry into a WSOP qualifier or the 10K guaranteed tournament. Basically a $25 value.
The bottom line is:
Before I ran the freeroll: We had negotiated a deal on what the after qualified hand tournament was going to be. Hopefully that is where the conversion was coming from and what I was mostly interested in.
After the freeroll:Things changed and I couldn’t get commitment on the second tournament. Matter of fact couldn’t get him to answer emails. I find it humorous as well as frustrating that a freeroll was OK, but a raked hand requirement special event…he bulks at.
Anyway, after several unanswered emails I emailed him and said I was done and pulled him from my sites and deleted the whole Titan thread from forum. Since that time I have had daily emails from him as well as two phone calls. Of course they have also gone unanswered.
What I have found out since:I have had several email messages from other forums and found out that there are basically two groups. Most feel the same way as I about Titan and we all have the same rep., others have had a good experience and can’t understand the problems we are having…different rep.
So this begs the question:
Before a program is dropped, should you change reps?
