Guys without proof that its actually 888 behind the attacks I cant add that to the press release. They would sue us senseless and they would win.
What I can include in the release is that affiliates or agents of the organization are using unacceptable practices to promote the brand. These agents and affiliates are doing site scraping and stealing content from publishers and also engauging in blog spamming. This issue has been brought to the attention of 888 and we believe that they have not made a good faith effort to resolve these issues. As a result CAP is suspending their certification until such time that 888 has corrected these matters.
