Agreed. Professional courtesy goes a long way to help smooth any issues or ill feeling that can be picked up through posting on forums, PMing or emailing. Most of which is usually unintentional anyway.
Remember that recipients or participants are often in different timezones, with different holidays and have their own politics to work though internally. Coming from “down-under” i get used to the delays – unless I’m staying up late to get a response.
In this case the CAP forum has worked to deliver a message to the correct parties – and they are looking into the details of the issue. That is significant progress.
We seem to have mentioned at least three or four groups – so you know it will take a bit of time to sort out. Can we have a weekly update ?
Then we will know the full story – and know that it has been resolved in a satisfactory manner – and see the benefit of the CAP forum in action.
