I posted yesterday and said we are looking into it and will get back to this thread as soon as possible. It is with good reason that we are not able to post anything related to this case at this point – because our president has taken it over.
You posted your first post on the weekend, indeed a holiday weekend in many parts of the world. This is a major issue for us, and one that we’re still working to resolve. There are many more moving parts to it than simply writing a response on a long weekend.
I never, at any point, said it wasn’t RevenueGiants.com problem. I did say that this issue goes beyond the scope of what RevenueGiants is as an affiliate program, which is exactly why we couldn’t give you a response right away.
As I said, we will get back to you with a response as soon as possible. I do understand that affiliates are concerned about this matter.
