The one thing that I see a problem with is the fact that I dont see Betfred listed anywhere! :woo-hoo:
Only kidding, I am not the best guy to ask but I like the site and it seems to provide a good deal of information for the user. Everything is relevant and its easy to navigate.
On your points scores for each site, unless I have missed it, why not include an overall score as well as a breakdown? Total them up and divide by the number of categories?
e.g.
Bonus 9
Transactions 9.5 Overall Score 9/10
Competition 7.5
Customer Service 10
Or represent is with images (hearts, diamonds, clubs, spades)?
