I’m afraid previous actions by other programs negate the time honored word and hand shake. Not insinuating anything about your honesty or commitment, but your word is only good for the duration of your time at 400 Affiliates If you’re the head man and major decision maker that no one can ‘overrule’, you still have the right to implement the clause whenever you feel conditions warrant. If you aren’t, then your word is only as good as your length of employment with 400 and would carry no weight with future management.
As you pointed out, it is an incentive you find works well from your perspective. It is not an acceptable contractual condition from ours.
You could give some thought to removing that condition from your T/C. Perhaps what you gain in affilaite sign ups and casino promotion would compensate for your legal right to dump affiliates if they don’t produce new signups each month. Just a thought.
Good luck with your casinos. I’ve not played that software, but I like the look. They have good appeal.
