Are you sure you are really getting traffic from them? Or are you getting hit with a bot that is faking the browser referrer headers?
Sounds like log spamming to me, in the hopes that your stats are crawlable, which would give them a backlink. If you can’t find a link on their site anywhere, they are likely not sending you any real traffic. If they really are sending you traffic, then be happy.
