Always keep a good and complete record of the scraper. Learn some Jargon certain terms of tags have cetain meanings.
Some may already know some Jargon from the hackers dictionary, like FYI, NIL, FYA

Knowing some of these will enable you to better understand what these people are talking about. I personally never use them because I want all people to understand what I am saying.
Be aggressive, take a tough stance if diplomacy fails. If you know any sort of programing language minus HTML gain the trust and respect of some highly respected hackers. I am not talking malicious hackers, but the ones who gave us the internet. They just might do you a favour. At times I tag my posts some understand them some don’t.
