I do agree that a casino should NEVER take a player’s money under any circumstances. If there is bonus abuse and the casino doesn’t want to pay, the usual is to confiscate their winnings and return the deposit.
My other problem is the ambiguity of the last sentence:
“Games combination will affect wagering requirements. The highest wagering requirement (based on the games played) will be applied in order to cash out.”
This is not clear and, although I don’t really care what your wagering requirements are – players must accede if they want to play – I do care about clarity so that they know exactly what’s expected of them.
Perhaps it should be just a slots bonus to do away with the confusion.
