Let me start this post by saying a big thank you to Professor for the warm welcome. It is really appreciated. I enjoyed working with you in the past, and look forward to carrying that through into the future.
To BJF and ntaus8, thank you for bringing these matters to the table. These are issues that we and the casino management are addressing.
To get onto the SSN issue, we agree that players should not have to supply SSN numbers, or part thereof to gamble. This is, as mentioned, a requirement on RTG platform casinos. The casino management are doing everything they can to have this changed, and we are hoping to see results soon. No promises at this stage as that would be foolish on my part, or on the part of casino management for that matter, but believe me when I say that this is a bone of contention for us.
Regarding the cashout requirements, we understand that this has not been presented as best it should. We have relied on guidance from others (no finger pointing from my side) on how to structure and present this, but we do agree that it is not clear on what game requirements there are, and that aspects such as withdrawal requirements can mean the difference between a happy and ticked off player.
We are thus committed to revising this with casino management to be more player friendly, but at the same time looking after the interests of all concerned. As I am sure we are well aware, there are some really bad players out there that many Affiliates and casino operators do not want on their books, and we thus have to ensure that a great deal of thought needs to go into this area as well. Casino management are committed to sorting this out ASAP, and you should see results pretty soon.
