I wonder how many CPA and CPC accounts involed in this”Payment delay issue” , if the number is 10% or 20% more of all the affiliates accounts, you need to be careful about that.

Now I believe many affiliates are waiting for the CPS’s Feburary payment unpatiently, don’t know if they can be paid or not.
