If someone were to buy it .. has to be someone who just really happens to like the name and is willing to pay a thousand bucks just to get that domain name .. Someone could make a really unique site with a lot of different “Poker Streets” .. i.e. Omaha Street, Texas Holdem Avenue, etc.
mir .. maybe you should take the time and actually begin development of the site .. then someone may be more interested in shelling out the $$ to buy it.
