Thanks for the posts regarding this, sorry it has taken me so long to reply.
Over the weekend (always the way right?) we had some server problems with caused CPS to go down sporadically (including the banner farm and login).
We are currently working on this and you should see an improvement to these services over the coming hour or so. The problems should be resolved completely today.
I can confirm that there has been no data lost during the outages and no banner tags have been dropped.
Apologies again for the delay in getting back to you and for any inconvenience caused.
