The reason is because of the $200 cpa for poker … And its even higher for Casino? (Im on a poker tip). I know for a fact that Online Poker rooms and Casinos will not ban a member if they are bringing in enough players. There are probably exceptions, but this is the norm. I know this because a good friend once inquired to pokerroom affiliates why this Asshole with all those myspace.msn/my-poker-keywods never got shut down. PokerRoom’s response was “Because he brings in too many players”
