Just to edit the response on this one – as long as the player has deposited at Casino Classic after they have played the free spins, they are able to participate in the Free Spins promo at Captain Cooks Casino (this is for if they have not deposited at another casino). If they have deposited at another casino and played the free spins without depositing at Casino Classic, they are still able to play the free spins at Captain Cooks.
This could lead to huge problems and many player complaints, especially with having the promotion on the home page for Captain Cooks.
Please advise…
The techies are still in the process of uploading the T&Cs for the depositing at another casino before play condition, and they should be up by the end of today (if not, early next week).
Scandle5 – chances are you just need to delete your cookies. To do this, open your Internet Explorer, click Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies. Restart the browser and try again. This should fix the problem.
