Sorry, I didn’t mean to offend church-goers here. It’s just when I see the Christian right groups advocating something, I usually react this way. The theme is common: anti-gay, anti-stem-cell, pro-war, anti-gambling – alcohol is OK, though….duh ! It just riles me up.
I’m not a church-goer, but my wife is, and she is pro-gambling all the way. So, sorry for the stereotype. It’s just when I see that these are the kind of groups that are against what I do, the blood starts curdling. There is never an honest debate by these groups – it’s “my way, or the highway” type attitudes.
