Assuming that you are using the correct link I think I’ve found the source of the confusion. On our stats page it still says that visit and download data is updated in realtime. Due to loads on the servers we’ve had to reduce the frequency at which the visit data is updated. It can now take up to 5 minutes for visit and download data to appear on your account.
I’ll make sure that the designers change the copy on the page to reflect this.
If this was indeed the reason why you didn’t think your visits were being tracked then I’m sorry for the confusion.
