This bill will never pass. (But don’t stop sending those letters and calling your Reps.)
The cons are working like mad to keep their jobs before the next election, don’t think this will help them though (a few think passing this bill will get them back in the good graces of the far right wing). But for the most part these guys will be gone after next election and they know it.
