Second, many webmasters do not fully realize the serious nature of this bill. There are many different subjects covered, and many different provisions made. But the filtering by the ISP’s is just one part:
This bill will also criminalize being a casino webmaster in the US. The bill specifically makes it a crime to even have a link to a gambling site…
