Each technique has it’s advantages. Flash / Java based are better because you don’t loose players that are afraid to download things to their computer (because of viruses or spyware), and neither you will have problems with less computer savvy people, that won’t find the install program in the disk, or with people that don’t want anything installed in their computer, so that noone finds out that they are playing. But it’s true that downloaded versions are better to keep your player. I think that you must try to have both versions…
