thanks for your post. pr is NOT required and both of your sites look fine.
we only ask for sites with no PR to place our links 1 click from the homepage.
for sites that place our links on pages with pr 2 or higher they can be up to 2 clicks from the homepage.
your website links will be placed on pages with PR 2 and PR 3 no more than 2 clicks from the homepage and all the pages of the site.
