Dear all,

Jacques is back on track.

Firstly please allow me to apologize for my late reply on the CAP Forum.

Although I returned to the office on the 28th of February, I was unable to post immediately on the CAP forum due to a lack of information. I felt it best to wait for a full briefing from the Casino Group regarding the January NETeller commission situation so that the message I posted would be accurate and reliable.

All NETeller payments were sent out by the 02/28/06, however it came to my attention yesterday that a number of these payments did not get through due to operational problems within the Casino Group affecting their NETeller affiliate account.

I personally contacted the account department from yesterday to chase them up on this issue. Most of the payments were resubmitted yesterday and earlier today. This means that a few remaining affiliates are still waiting to be paid, however they will receive their commission payments tomorrow at the latest.

On behalf of the casino group, I apologize to all our affiliates and assure all of you that I am doing my very best to sort this issue out for good.

Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Sincerely,

Jacques Nait

Hi Jacques,

You defnitely need to sort this late payment stuff with the casinos. It has been the bane of the existance for both of your predecessors. It is a chronic problem and a permanent solution needs to be found.

This month has been the worst ever – but your group is the only group that is chronically this late. Affiliates need to get paid so they have funds to market you with. Delays in payments affect your bottom line directly.
