This is my first day back from my vacation. The reason why the account was not closed earlier is that this is a third party issue between two web masters. I have closed the account to force contact from the affiliate, with the purpose to inform the person of the dispute.
We cannot withhold revenue from the affiliate as he has not breached the terms and conditions of ReferBack. We will do all we can to help settle the dispute, however we have to abide by terms and conditions and the privacy agreements. ReferBack will continue to do all it can to discourage this type of behavior.
