It has come to our attention that numerous forum members have expressed dissatisfaction with Vegas Affiliates Representative Jacques Nait’s performance in processing this month’s commission payments and replying to emails over the past week.

The Minivegas Casino Group would like to apologise for the lack of feedback from Vegas Affiliates during the past seven days, and reassure you that Jacques “can hear you”. Jacques’ inability to reply to your emails was due to the fact that (due to unforeseen circumstances) he has been away from work for the past week. We have it on good authority that Jacques will be back at his desk on Tuesday 28th of February to answer your queries and assist you in any ways possible.

Regarding the payment of this month’s commissions, the Minivegas Casino Group would like to point out that it has not exceeded the deadline stated within its terms and conditions. In turn, we are happy to inform you that the processing of payments began this morning (Friday 24th of February) and will be completed on Monday 27th of February.

The Minivegas Casino Group and Vegas Affiliates would finally like to take this opportunity to express their sincerest thanks for all the dedication and hard work of its affiliates.
