Although both NETeller and Payspark do not have the visa/mc logo, I have been using both of those companies for many years. You can withdraw your cash at any ATM with a Cirrus/Maestro logo. I have had no problems with either of them, however payspark takes longer to receive in terms of affiliate payments.
