We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time at our sole discretion.
This is a standard clause to discourage complaints. These clauses are a deterrent only, they don’t hold up in court.
We hereby retain the right to convert the commission scheme by which you shall be paid as we shall see fit.
