I believe the groups that bundle the casino earnings with sports and poker should in fact be listed with the other programs that bundle. Bundling is bundling, right? Even if you promote only casinos — what if these programs cross-promote the sports book, and what if one of your casino referrals signs up at the sportsbook and wins a large amount?
For this reason I think these programs should be placed in the “bundling” category. If someone has a different opinion, please post it.
