I, too, play everyday at multiple sites as well as live tournaments at local casinos.
You make a good point with the random shuffling and with a full table you can pretty much expect someone holding strong pocket pairs 18% of the time according to the pro’s anyway. So every 5 hands dealt you’re up against the nuts so to speak. But to have 3 sets of strong pocket pairs 4 hands in a row, you have to admit, is a rarity.

52 cards w/ 2 distributed to 10 players each – the odds would have to be astronomical.

I’ll put a volume control or a mute button on that particular flash presentation giving them the option to turn it off. I’ve had feedback from visitors not being able to hear the music and I just assumed the only way to control volume is from the visitors puter’.
