Maybe these guys dont understand getting paid on time is paramount to us affiliates. It’s not so much that it looks like payments are going to be late this month as we know that is going to happen from time to time, but the lack of effort on their part to communicate with the affiliates here is just crazy. If our money is not here when we expect it we want to know why and exactly when we will get it. Dont they understand this is a business. Is it really asking too much for someone to take 2 minutes out of their day over there and give us a quick update. Here FA, let me show you how easy it is.
Attention affiliates: Just a quick update as I know there are some concerns about January commissions and I want all affiliates to know exactly where they stand with getting paid. I know we said we hope to pay all commissions on the 20th, however commissions have been delayed 3 days and will be made no later than 02/24/06.
Real hard FA, it took 2 minutes to do that. Theres no reason there should ever be any guesswork when were talking about getting paid. Theres also no reason for it to take a week to answer a simple email or no reason to leave your affiliates in the dark in regards to the stats issue. I think these guys need to take their affiliates a little more seriously. I just dont get it and would run things a lot differently if I was in their shoes. You would just think there would be a little more effort towards affiliate pr on their part.
