What is our problem is that they (both of them) failed to include affiliate claims in their negotiations and deal.
True. But at this point in time, what can we do? Party owns the players, and any deposits coming in are being routed to Party. Two things can happen now:
1) Party can continue to pay residuals.
2) Empire or Party can buy out each affiliate at a fair, negotiated price.
I don’t see any way around it. Affiliates agreed to promote Empire under a “lifetime” contract — not “until the day someone illegally buys them out from under me without compensation.”
So what do we do now? Obviously their tactic of confusing us by playing the blame game is working — we already have some disagreement about who is to blame. Maybe we need to blame them all, and blacklist them all for engaging in anti-affiliate behavior? I don’t know much about Empire and how they operate, but I have observed a LOT of abuse by PartyPartners over the past year. They’ve stolen casino players in the past (they stole antoine’s (and Dominique’s) players), they couldn’t care less about answering questions here, and they really screwed Empire last year when they stopped allowing them to use the Party skin.
Party has a long history of screwing people. I think it’s finally time to stand up and say “enough is enough.”
