I don’t think that’s a good idea, if you buy a mailinglist you will be sending mails to people who didn’t ask for it and therefor it will be spam.
If you do find email adresses however, don’t just automatically subscribe them, but send them a copy of your newsletter and a link that says where to subscribe if they like it.
Please don’t spam as it will hurt your image!
