I understand your frustration, but I assure you that Lloyd is a very honest individual and is not trying to ‘bury’ anything.
Microgaming, as FA states, is having issues reporting downloads. Maybe this is your issue, maybe it is not. However, there is no need to flame anyone in a thread. Give it a little time and let everyone look into it.
I believe the Professor asked Lloyd to call him and I am sure he is trying to gather information as well and understand the problem.
You WILL get your answer because, as I said, Lloyd is honest as well as one of the most resposive affiliate managers in the business.
