I am no expert and complete site reviews usually take alot of time. But have your aff links open to blank you want you visitors to remain on your page.
Looking at your source code I am guessing you do not receive much traffic so your conversions will be low. But good conversions can also be attainned by writing a good review on the site you want to convert best. In addition, try and get your site listed where gamblers hang this will send targeted traffic to your site. But I think your site looks great to the eye.
