Ok since I haven’t heard back from them I might as well speak up as a warning to others (I’ve read that this has happened to other affiliates on another message board).
Basically my account was put on hold and I haven’t received payment for “suspicious activity that might be in violation of the affiliate agreement”.
In case you are wondering the suspicious activity is that my players haven’t generated enough rake for Party.
Each month I make Party poker thousands of dollars but apparently its not enough, and although I am on an MGR they are holding my payments while this is being looked at.
Its been a month and I still havent gotten a response as to when this will be resolved. Part of it might have to do with the fact that my old affiliate manager is apparently no longer there. It bothers me that emails have gone without a reply.
So just a warning to everybody that if your players don’t generate enough rake that Party may withhold payments. (in case you are wondering my MGR last month was high $XXXX).
These aren’t fraudulent players as there is a positive MGR every month, so they are making money off of my players.
Is it my fault that Party isn’t retaining the players in a competitive market?
