Player made the deposit on January 21st, she won $300 but, she kept on depositing and using bonuses which is totally against our rules…

For this reason we were supposed to send her only $30, which was her original deposit for this offer, however, we decided to give her the benefit of the doubt.. I personally e-mailed her and asked her to contact me so that we could fix this… she never responded to my e-mail or even my replies to her multiple insulting e-mails…

I have now taken the decission tojust send back the $255 total that she has deposited at the casino so far, as well as close her account for good… if she cannot stick to the rules and then she blames and insults us when she does something against our terms she does not belong here…

….In short, the conversations I had seem to indicate that the casino needed to speak with you to clear up your issue and explain the situation to you, but you were not listening to what they were saying or were unresponsive to their attempts to contact you via Email.
In most Cases, Cirrus gets complaints like these from players who have broken the rules, but do not understand that fact or are upset that they are being enforced. You deposited first and lost, you won on your 2nd deposit. You then used or attempted to use 4 more bonuses after the one you had won on. The casino is paying you ALL of your deposits… even the first one that you lost on.
I totally understand being frustrated or upset when dealing with money or winnings. I do not believe that throwing out insults or ranting is ever helpful. Calm discussions are always better. Casinomeister will even tell you that. I hope that you continue to enjoy online gaming in the future and find another casino to play at since you are not permitted in Cirrus again. I don’t think Cirrus deserved this condemning thread.
