Pardon my french but this is a BS excuse that FL (and others) have been using for quite some time. The bottom line here is that in this instance a Fortune Lounge casino is knowingly accepting players obtained through unfair marketing practices. Plain and simple it’s wrong, and very irresponsible for the operator to ignore this injustice by passing the buck while accepting tarnished traffic.

Though you might not be in a position to coerce compliance with an affiliate the casino could and should immediately terminate the media partner relationship or at the very least refuse to accept traffic from that particular website. To say you can do nothing at all while accepting traffic from the scam site IMO makes the casino just as wrong.
