I love the “cannot justify” …
a business arrangement there is nothing to justify. The person is either owed the money, or not.
If they have met the agreed upon circumstances then they are owed the money. Simple.
And to me the fact they (players, or for that matter the aff too) live in the same area is not relevant because just tomorrow I have plans to have some cards made up because I have missed ops that were knocking on my door in the real world.
So its not hard to imagine that perhaps the first player told the second to try out the casino. In fact, don’t many casinos offer a “refer a friend” type thing? Are all those friends located a long distance from the referer? I doubt it.
The players obviously aren’t cheating or you’d already have busted them and kicked them out; end of story.
Just because a player, or two; happen to be shrewd gamblers does not give the right to start breaching contracts.
