Hello HOlkaPolka27

It’s tricky as I imagine that you’re based in Norway and so well within their legal clutches if they do decide to take you and your sites and make an example of them.

Writing in Norweigian could be rightly considered to be targetting Norway … so even if it is a .com and hosted in the United States I’m not sure that you are “legal”.

I’m based in New Zealand and we have a somewhat similar situation. It is illegal to run a sports betting organisation in New Zealand – and the state-run TAB has a monopoly.

A similar arguement is used – a percentage of the take goes to goernment in taxes – and another percentage is actually returned back to the local sports bodies.

However – there is a big difference – as it is NOT illegal to promote sports gambling of overseas companies here. That would plainly be a breach of basic individual rights.

I’d try to seek some sort of clarification … although in doing so you may draw attrention to yourself and your plans … and sometimes is easier to simply play “under their radar” ?

Good luck my friend.
