My son was picked as well and We as good parents are Proud of him sending him. It’s a great opportunity for the kids to take part in a once in a life time adventure.
The funny part I have with this is how they get the kids and they say it’s from nominated by teachers lol I have to tell you my son has been getting the offers from 3rd grade .until now At that age how do teacher’s nominate lol but all in all we are sending him on this once in a lifetime adventure and it’s like how our kids get the credit app’s in the mail at 5 and with the high cost of $5200.00 x 40 to 45 kids from each State We are talking some great money for this program.
The good thing is they weed out the so called dweebs and pick the one’s that want to learn more and they do get a school credits for this.
And we are so Proud of him we are sending him this year.
