That is correct. I do own CAP. And I do make money. Unfortunately (or fortunately) CAP represents less then 5% of my income. So while it is profitable it doesnt contribute a whole lot to my bottom line DIRECTLY.
The key to CAPs value for me and for all of us here is what CAP contributes to our bottom lines INDIRECTLY. I am relatively certain that if we didnt have CAP as a check and balance within the industry we would all be magically earning lower commissions across the board. Probably significantly lower commissions.
In that respect CAP is a gold mine.
