The 3 month clause is somewhat predatory in my opinion, and it would be cool if FA would drop the clause from their T&Cs. There are numerous other Microgaming affiliate programs that don’t contain this kind of clause. Sure, the de facto understanding may be that FA doesn’t enforce the clause — but if you don’t refer a new player every 3 months, they could close your account and keep any existing players you have referred in the past, if they wanted to.
