Before 2003 it was required to make a download to trigger the server to send the click data to the system. Its no longer needed.
but as it’s also important for the affiliate to check that the actual download creates an account with the referral code.
If not the link might be wrongly set-up.

Latest word from Boss is that it will be possible to access the stats before
the January 9th. Tracking and money still works as normal, so no loss in money here.
