I took a good look at this virus and it was one of the worst kind. What people try and do is plant a worm via email. The worm acts as a doorway for a would be malicious hacker. Deleting it is difficult because it constantly changing its form.
I normally run a anti virus program find the path and delete manually. If this does not work then yes reformatt your drives.

I had this virus running on my system last night letting it do it thing. I had my port 80 open because this was the port he would use. As soon as it arrived My IP recorder was waiting I managed to retrieved 10 IP’s.
My anti hacking software notified me attack on port 80 I said let it through. I found it quite interesting. I just deleted it.
